Before going deep first let's know actually, what is productivity?

In a real sense, productivity is related to production in a factory or any working unit. According to Google: Productivity describes the various measures of the efficiency of production.

Concerning personal work and life, the definition of productivity is how much more amount of work can get done in less amount of time with more accuracy and managerial force.

There are so many other definitions of productivity but this is one of the most effective ones.

Getting works done is not productivity, but completion of work in less amount of time with a pleasurable experience. Anything we do has something to do with our willingness and happiness. There are so many things that we do, some we do willingly and some taking as a burden. When we do our work with a sense of happiness and responsibility, it is said to be productive. Often we do our work with a sense of burden and force but not willingly.

According to a study only 30% people are happy with their work-life, this is about the corporate sector but what about those who work for themselves like- studying, freelancing, business etc.

The first step towards productivity is enjoying the work we are doing and taking it as fun rather than taking it as a burden.

This was a brief introduction to productivity concerning the real and personal sense.
